5 Select Yes to save the changes or No to discard the changes.
A confirmation message is displayed for either action. If you save the changes, you must reboot the
system for the changes to take effect.
To perform the initial setup process, see the next section.
Performing the Initial Setup
After you have changed the default password, perform the initial setup. The initial setup includes the
following tasks:
● Configure network settings (see the next section, “ Configuring Network Settings .”
● Set the time, date, and time zone (see “Setting the Time, Date, and Time Zone” on page 19 .
● Set the operation mode (personality) of the Sentriant AG appliance (see “Setting the Operation Mode
of the Server” on page 22 ).
You can configure each of these and save the changes before you reboot the system to activate all the
changes at one time.
At the system prompt, enter the following command:
Sentriant AG200(sentriantAG):~ #cosetup
The main configuration menu is displayed.
Configuring Network Settings
To configure network settings:
1 Highlight Configure Network Settings and select OK.
2 Press [Enter].
The network settings menu is displayed.
