Controller Modes
The following features are available to the operator (under the main menu) when the
controller has been activated:
1. Startup
2. Recipe
3. Setup & Diagnostics
4. Printer (optional)
Startup Mode
When the controller is in STARTUP mode, press the “START” key to engage the system.
Recipe Mode
When the controller is in RECIPE mode, the operator will have access to the following
settings:
1. Extruder Haul-Off Weight/Length Control
Under this section, the operator will be able to set the following parameters:
a. Weight/Length Setting
b. Stretch Factor
2. Extruder Speed Control
Under this section, the operator will be able to set the following parameter:
a. User Flow Rate
3. Dual Control
Under this section, the operator will be able to set the following parameters:
a. Weight/Length Setting
b. Stretch Factor
c. User Flow Rate
Setup & Diagnostics Mode
Setup
Motorized Pot Control
When the controller is in MOTORIZED POT CONTROL mode, the operator will have
access to the following settings:
1. Yield Control
Haul-off Weight/Length Control (Motorized Pot Control)
a. Motorized Pot RPM
b. Control Window
c. Maximum Control RPM
d. Rate Deviation
e. Length/Pulse
f. Weight/Length Format
