Before connecting any devices to the camera connectors, remove the back cover first.
1.
Using the bundled hex screwdriver, loosen the four (4) screws to remove the back cover.
NOTE:
The network cable connected to the Ethernet port is the other end of the “pigtail”. If
the “pigtail” will not be used to connect the camera to the network, disconnect this cable and
remove the “pigtail” from the camera (see
on page 42 for
detailed information).
2.
Using a coin or screwdriver, remove the cap from the back cover. Then set the back cover
aside for later use.
