The pin must fit
in the bore of
the rotor
Push the rotor, the gate and the gate guide as one unit into the
housing. Make sure that the gate guide and the gate are in the
correct installation position. (Refer to the ROTATION
DIRECTION CHANGE chapter)
The bore in the rotor must look to the front.
The pin must
fit in the bore
of the rotor
The lock nut at
pos. 56 is
tightened with a
special tool
with a torque of
200 Nm.
Then tighten all
screws on the
adjusting nut
with a torque of
10 Nm.
Optional tool S60-9006-25
To loose the lock nut
please do not fully
unscrew all 12 screws
