Check and correct the adjusting

Pump not clean after CIP
cleaning
Cleaning regulation not complied

Choke on the pressure side
Check differential pressure 3-4

Rotor has seized on Liner
Rotor not correctly tightened
Tighten Shaft Nut firmly on block
Temperature too high
(thermal expansion)
Choose Liner with larger
tolerances
Purging between housing

O-ring in the power frame missing or
defective
Install or replace O-ring
Water or pumped material
in the Bearing Housing
Purging pressure too high
Purging must be pressureless

passage, replace shaft seals on
pump and power frame
Front Support has seized

damage and install in correct
