wid e scre en TV. If you choos e this setting and y ou do n't hav e a wi de screen TV,

4 : 3 LB (L etter Box): C hoose this s etting if you r DVD player is con nected to
a n ormal ratio T V. You 'll see the mo vie in their o rigina l aspe ct ratio
(he ight-to -width ratio) . You'l l see t he ent ire fram e of t he mo vie. Th e mov ie
mig ht app ear w ith bla ck bars at the top a nd bot tom of the sc reen.
4 : 3 PS (Pan & Scan): Choo se this settin g if yo ur DVD playe r is co nnect ed
to a norm al ratio TV. You can fill the movi e to th e entir e scre en of y our TV. This
mig ht me an tha t parts of the pictur e (The left an d righ t edge s) won 't be s een.

N OTES:
The imag e display ra tio is related to the record ed disc form at. Some dis cs can not be
displayed in the aspe ct ratio choo sen.
If you pla y a disc reco rded in 4:3 f o rmat on a wide screen TV, black bars will appear
on the lef t and right side of the scr een.
You must adjust the s creen setting depending on the type o f the TV.
