The ATD command begins a transaction for establishing a connection with a remote party.
The WINC 900A transmits a connection setup request containing the destination address
given on the command line and waits for up to register S7 seconds for a response. If the
connection request is not accepted, the device returns to the command state.

S10 Carrier loss disconnect time

After the establishment of the linkage between two units, the build-in
protocol of WINC 900A will verify the existing of connection. If the
connection can not be verified within the designated time frame in register 7,
this WINC 900A will declare disconnection and prepare himself for
connection request.

S12 Escape Prompt Delay (EPD)

The value in register 12 defines the maximum period allowed between receipt
of the last character of the three escape character sequence from the DTE
and sending of the OK result code to the DTE. If any characters are
detected over this time, the OK will not be sent.

S14 Command Status Bitmap

This is a read-only bit-mapped register defined as follows:
