SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE SUGGESTED CORRECTION
Unit will not run Blown fuse or breaker Replace fuse & check for cause
of blown fuse, reset breaker.
Compressor cycles intermittently Low voltage Check voltage at the supply to
the building.
Check circuit for overloading.
Dirty condenser Clean the condenser
Air circulation blocked around
unit Allow sufficient air around unit
Non condensable gas in system Evacuate and recharge with
nameplate charge
Cubes too small Cube size control set too warm Check and adjust for proper
