Inspection of Time Delay Relay
Check for continuity between terminals 1 and 9, and 4 and 12. Continuity should exist.
With rated voltage applied at terminal 13 and 14 (and after a time delay of 75 seconds) continuity should
exist between terminals 5 and 9, and 8 and 12. Delay time 75
±
15 seconds.
If continuity does not exist as specified, replace the time delay relay.

Inspection of Restart Auxiliary Relay
Check for continuity between terminals 1 and 5. Continuity should exist.
With rated voltage applied at terminals 7 and 8, continuity should exist between terminals 3 and 5.
If continuity does not exist as specified, replace the restart auxiliary relay.
