Managing Messages and Their ‘Threads’
SMS and MMS messages sent to and received from the
same contact (or number) are grouped into one message
thread in the Messages Screen. Tap the message thread and
you can see the conversation you have had with someone
(similar to a chat program). Message threads are sorted by
the time you received them, with the latest one on the top.
Reply to a Message
1. Tap the message thread you want to reply to from the
Messages Screen.
2. Tap Type to compose and type your message.
3. Tap Send.
Delete a Message Thread
1. Tap Menu Key > Delete thread after you open the
message thread.
2. Tap Delete.
Message Settings
To configure your message settings, tap Menu Key >
Settings from the Messages Screen.
Storage settings:
• Delete old messages: Select to delete old messages
when your storage limits are reached.
