Check occlusion of the denture. Subsequently, finish and
polish in the usual manner.
Repairs and correction possibilities of SR Triplex Hot
Corrections and repairs can be carried out with cold-
curing SR Triplex Cold or ProBase Cold. Thoroughly
roughen the corresponding surfaces with a bur and wet
with monomer. Process the repair material according to
the pouring technique.
Warnings
– The monomer contains methyl methacrylate (MMA).
– MMA is easily flammable and irritating (flash point
+10 °C / 50 °F).
– Irritating to eyes, skin, and respiratory system.
– May cause sensitization by skin contact.
– Avoid contact of the skin with monomer or uncured
material. Commercial medical gloves do not provide
protection against the sensitizing effect of
methacrylates.
– Do not breathe vapour.
– Keep away from sources of ignition – no smoking.
– Do not empty into drains.
– Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Storage
– Store the material in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place.
Storage temperature: 2 to 28 °C / 36 to 82 °F.
– Do not use the material after the date of expiration.
– Keep out of the reach of children.

Prothesenmaterial auf PMMA-Basis für die Stopftechnik. Es
bietet Ihnen eine einfache Handhabung und dem Patienten
hohen Tragkomfort. Zusätzlich steht Ihnen eine gefaserte
Variante zu Verfügung.
Zusammensetzung
Pulver:
Polymethylmethacrylat, Katalysator, Pigmente
Flüssigkeit:
Methylmethacrylat stab., Dimethacrylat
Indikation
In der Stopftechnik anwendbar für
– Totalprothetik
– Teilprothetik
– Kombinationsprothetik
– Unterfütterungen
Kontraindikation
– Direkter Kontakt von unpolymerisiertem Material im
intraoralen Bereich.
– Bei erwiesener Allergie auf Bestandteile von SR Triplex
Hot
Nebenwirkungen
In Einzelfällen wurden bei Polymethylmethacrylat-
Materialien lokale allergische Reaktionen beschrieben.
Anwendung
Ausgebrühte, gut gewässerte Gipsflächen zweimal mit
Ivoclar Vivadent Separating Fluid isolieren und gut
trocknen lassen. Um den Verbund zur Prothesenbasis zu
sichern, Zähne gut anrauhen und mit Monomer benetzen.
Dosierung von Prothesenkunststoff
– Ideales Mischverhältnis für eine Prothese:
23,4 g Pulver : 10 ml Flüssigkeit
– Mit Dosiersystem:
1 Prothese: 2. Markierung
Messzylinder Polymer: 10 ml Monomer
2 Prothesen: 3. Markierung Messzylinder
Polymer: 20 ml Monomer
Dosiersystem
Das integrierte Dosiersystem garantiert ein ideales Misch -
verhältnis und die geringste Polymerisationsschrumpfung
von SR Triplex Hot. Am Messzylinder für Polymer sind die
Mengen für 1 oder 2 Prothesen mittlerer Grösse markiert.
