A. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug unit into a properly grounded outlet.
2. Unlock cover lock and open top cover. Insert two signature plates as described on
Page 4. Close top cover and relock.
TURN UNIT ON
3. Unlock the ON/OFF lock located over the display by turning key counterclockwise
to the ON position. The following screen will appear for 10 seconds:
