to choose the
food for which you desire a wine
pairing. For example, if you
select
ASIAN FOODS
, Wine
Master Deluxe will
recommend you drink a
Sauvignon Blanc. With
CHILI
?
Try a Zinfandel. And with
CAVIAR
? A nice, sparkling wine
or a Pinot Blanc.
If you select
WINE BY
CHEESE
from the
FOOD +
WINE
menu, Wine Master Deluxe
gives you an alphabetical list of
cheeses, starting with ASIAGO,
BLUE CHEESE, BRIE, etc. If
you select CAMEMBERT, for
example, CHAMPAGNE and
CABERNET SAUVIGNON are
given as wines that would agree
with your selected cheese.
If you select
FOOD BY WINE
from the
FOOD + WINE
menu,
Wine Master Deluxe tells you
which foods are recommended
for a varietal of wine. Make your
selection from an alphabetical list
of varietals of wines—
CABERNET SAUVIGNON,
CHARDONNAY
,
MERLOT
, etc. If
you select
CHARDONNAY
, for
example, Wine Master Deluxe
suggests
ASPARAGUS, AVOCADO,
LOBSTER
and
POULTRY
as
appropriate food pairings.

WineMaster Deluxe makes sure
you’re informed about the basics
of enjoying wine as well. Simply
select

from the
starting menu, then choose from
the following menu by first
scrolling to an item with the
UP

where to research or purchase
wines, ordering wine, what to do

wine. You can also
choose tips on
REMEMBERING
wines, and learn new strategies

PAIRING
wines.

tips on selecting a
