SELECTING A UNIQUE SPIRIT
As you have read above, after
you have selected
RATED SPIRITS
on the home screen, and ALL
SPIRITS on the next screen, a list
of brands appears.
Use the arrow
keys to scroll down the list of
wineries. (See page 11 for
information on scrolling a list
more quickly by using the
ABC
or
3
X
buttons.) Stop when the
arrow is positioned at ABSOLUT .
In this example, you’ll see the
number “00
1” at the top of the
screen indicating only one spirit
is in Wine Master Deluxe’s
database for this brand.
Next press
SELECT TO
select
ABSOLUT. T he following
information appears on your
screen:

In this example, Wine Master
Deluxe shows you Wine
Enthusiast Magazine’s rating, the
selling price, and that it has
searched
ALL of its database for
this information. The spirit type
and the alcohol percentage is
listed next, followed by the review
and country of origin.
In the
ABSOLUT example above,
only one spirit was in Wine
Master Deluxe’s database for that
particular brand. The
information for that spirit
appeared without your needing
to make additional choices.
In other cases, there may be
information on more than one
spirit given for a brand. In that
case you’ll need to make an
additional choice. Scroll to
ALIZE and press SELECT. You
will then see VSOP COGNAC
and WILD PASSION
LIQUEUR. Selecting either one
of these will take you to the
unique spirit screen for that
spirit.
PAIRING FOOD AND WINE
WineMaster Deluxe also helps
you with pairing appropriate
food and wines. Return to the
starting menu and select
FOOD +
WINE . You will see the following
screen:

WINE BY CHEESE
FOOD BY WINE
If you select WINE BY FOOD ,
you get an alphabetical list of
foods, beginning with
ASIAN
FOODS
,
ASPARAGUS
,
BEEF
,
etc.
