V. MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from power supply by taking the plug of the power cord out
of the socket! Clean the grill only after it has cooled down! Clean the appliance
regularly after every use by wiping with a wet soft cloth. Do not use rough and aggressive
detergents (e.g.
sharp objects, caustic agents for cleaning ovens etc.).
Do not use any pressure-cleaning appliance (e. g. dishwasher, WAP, steam cleaners)!
Remove possible residues of fat and food that got stuck on the plates, using a common,
plastic kitchen turner. Clean drip container
B in hot water with a detergent and wipe till dry
(you can use a dishwasher). Generally, you should clean the grill whenever it has been
used. Before every other use, dry all parts and surface of the grill thoroughly. If the power
cord is soiled, wipe it with a wet cloth. It is normal that the surface colour changes over the
time. But the change does not alter the surface properties in any way and the appliance is
not subject to a complaint for this reason!
Storage
Make sure that the plates are cool before storage. Wind power cord
A7 onto a holder at the
back of the grill (Fig. 5). Store the grill at a safe and dry place, out of reach of children and
incapacitated people.
