engine will not start.
improper control settings. use proper settings.
lack of fuel. fill fuel tank.
dirty, stale or contaminated fuel. refill tank with fresh, clean unleaded gasoline.
Spark plug disconnected. Connect spark plug.
internal engine problems. See your dealer.
engine or rotor stalls or
stops.
obstructed discharge.
Use branch or similar object to clear
discharge.
Plugged rotor. Clear rotor.
engine overheats. improper oil level.
fill engine to the correct oil level. refer to engine
owner's manual.
excessive vibration while
running.
drive system vibration.
Check rotor, belts and pulleys for bad or worn
areas.
excessive belt wear.
Not using correct belt.
Contact your nearest authorized dealer to order
the correct belt for your vacuum.
Pulley(s) damaged or worn. replace pulley(s).
Pulleys not in alignment. align pulleys with straight edge.
Belt tension too loose. Tighten or replace belt.
unit does not move when
bail is engaged.
Shift cable is not in drive position.
Adjust position of drive cable so transmission
will shift into all gears.
Belt tension too loose. Tighten or replace belt.
drive chain loose or off sprocket. Tighten or replace chain.
wheel clutch assembly damaged. replace clutch assembly.
