Hardware Installation
S/PDIF-out Connector
The S/PDIF-out connector (SPDIF1) is used to connect an external
S/PDIF-out port. Your S/PDIF-out port may be mounted on a card-
edge bracket. Install the card-edge bracket to an available slot at the
rear of the system chassis then connect the audio cable connector to
the S/PDIF-out connector. Make sure pin 1 of the audio cable con-
nector is aligned with pin 1 of the connector.
