OPERATION

To set the time and date:

Press key [ # ] or [  ] to scroll back or forward to
the hour you wish to set. Or, enter the numbers using the
keypad.

Press

OPEN to set the hour.

Scroll back or forward to choose the minutes you wish
to set; or enter the numbers using the keypad.

Press

OPEN to set minutes.

Repeat these steps to set the year, month, and day.

NOTE: To return to a previous segment, press and hold
OPEN for 2 seconds.

TO CHANGE THE MASTER CODE

See Figure 9, page 11.
After setting time and date, set up your own Master Code.
The Master Code allows you to access features and perform
functions of the key lock box. It is factory set to

[ 0 ] and

should be changed before performing other operations.
NOTE: You must choose a unique master code. It cannot
be the same as any other codes.

Press

[ 0 ] (or the existing Master Code).

Press and quickly release the [ # ] key. The code will
blink and six dashes will appear.

Enter a new 4-6 digit master code. Each digit will display
on the LED as it is entered.

Press and hold [ # ] for 3 seconds.

[ SET ]

will appear on the display, indicating you have

correctly reset the Master Code.

The word [ EXIT ] will appear.

When the unit times out, you may set other codes.

NOTE: If you forget your Master Code, use the backup
key to open the unit. Then press [ # ] [  ] at the
same time. The Master Code will reset to

[ 0 ].You may

then reset to a code of your choice.

SETTING PRIVATE CODES

See Figure 10, page 11.
 Enter the Master Code.
 Press and hold [ # ] until the word [ EXIT ]

appears.

 Scroll to any of the ten private code slots [ PRIV ] using

the [ # ] or [  ] keys. Stop on the slot you want to
use.

 You will see either an existing code or the word [ PRIV],

which is a blank slot.

To enter a new code in a blank code slot :
 Press and hold [ # ] until six dashes appear.
 Enter a 4-6 digit code.
 Press and hold [ # ] until the new code blinks.
To delete an existing code and enter a new one:
 Press and hold [ # ] until the existing code blinks and

the word [ DELETE ] appears.

 Wait two seconds and dashes will appear. You can

then enter a new code.

Once you have finished setting codes, press [ # ] or [ ]
to scroll to the [ EXIT] slot. Press and hold the [ #] key until
you return to the main display, or allow the unit to time out.
NOTE: One-Time and Temporary codes MUST be differ-
ent from the codes entered for the Master Code or Private
Codes.

SETTING A TEMPORARY CODE

See Figure 11, page 11.
 Enter the Master Code.
 Press and hold [ # ] until the word [ EXIT ]

appears.

Using [ # ] or [  ], scroll to select the Temporary
code location as shown in figure 11.

 You will see either an existing code or the word [ TEMP ].

To delete an existing code and/or enter a new one, see
Setting Private Codes.

The entry will blink twice and require you to enter a day.

 Enter a day (1-365) for the time period desired for the

Temporary Code.

 Press and hold [ # ] until the new code blinks.

SETTING A ONE-TIME CODE

See Figure 12, page 11.

Enter the Master Code.

 Press and hold [ # ] until the word [ EXIT ]

appears.

Use [ # ] or [  ] and scroll to select the One-time
code location as shown in figure 12.

You will see either an existing code or the word [ 1

-TIME ].

To delete an existing code and/or enter a new one, see
Setting Private Codes.

Enter a 4-6 digit code.

Press and hold [ # ] until the new code blinks.

CODE SETTING TIPS

See Figures 13 - 14, page 12.

To return to the main display, press and hold [ # ] .

Press [

0 ] to exit if you want to choose a different code

setting or return to a menu.

If you do not enter a keystroke after 5 seconds, the display
will return to the default.

If an [ ERROR ] message appears, retry setting the code.

When setting code, the [

OPEN ] key acts as a back-

space.
