WARNING:
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to

Before using Mobile Power, read all instructions and cautionary
markings in this manual, on product, battery, and product using
battery to prevent misuse of the products and possible injury or
damage.
Use Mobile Power only with lithium-ion battery pack
listed.
Battery Pack: AP4001
Do not use Mobile Power outdoors or expose to wet or damp
conditions. Water entering the product will increase the risk of
electric shock.
Check for compatibility and fit of adaptors and adaptor cable
before using the Mobile Power to charge electronic devices.
Do not use the product if the battery cap is missing or not
installed.
Use of an attachment not recommended or sold by the product
manufacturer may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or
injury to persons. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric
shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
Do not abuse adaptor cable or Mobile Power. Never use the
adaptor cable to carry the product. Damage to the cord or product
could occur and create an electric shock hazard. Replace damaged
adaptor cables immediately.
Make sure adaptor cable is located so that it will not be
stepped on, come in contact with sharp edges or moving parts
or otherwise subjected to damage or stress. This will reduce the
risk of damage to the cable, which could result in electric shock.
Keep adaptor cable and Mobile Power from heat to prevent
damage to housing or internal parts.
Do not let gasoline, oils, petroleum-based products, etc. come
in contact with plastic parts. They contain chemicals that can
damage, weaken, or destroy plastic.
Do not operate Mobile Power with a damaged adaptor cable
or plug, which could cause shorting and electric shock.
Do not operate product if it has received a sharp blow, been
dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way.
Do not disassemble Mobile Power. Incorrect reassembly may
result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
Remove the battery pack from the Mobile Power before
attempting any maintenance or cleaning to reduce the risk of
electric shock.
Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them
to instruct others who may use this product. If you loan someone
this product, loan them these instructions also.

*IP Rating: Specifies the environmental protection the product
enclosure provides. An IP Rating of 52 denotes protection against
harmful deposits of dust and against direct sprays of water up to
15º from the vertical (light rain and wind). The water resistance
rating applies only when the USB port cover is closed and the
battery cap is installed.
KNOW YOUR MOBILE POWER
See Figures 1 - 2.
The safe use of this product requires an understanding of the
information on the product and in this operator’s manual. Before
use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating features
and safety rules.
MINI USB PORT
The mini USB port connects to a variety of small electronic devices
using the provided adaptor set.
LED CHARGE INDICATOR
The green LED on top of the product indicates that a device is being
charged, or that the 4V battery pack is running low on charge.
UNPACKING
This product has been shipped completely assembled.
Carefully remove the product and any accessories from the
box. Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are
included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled or if
any parts appear to be missing or damaged. Use of a product
that is not properly and completely assembled could result in
serious personal injury.
Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or
damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully
inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.

WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with products to make you careless.
Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to
inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not recommended
by the manufacturer of this product. The use of attachments or
accessories not recommended can result in serious personal
injury.
CHARGING ELECTRONIC DEVICES
See Figures 2 - 4.
This product will charge various electronic devices such as cell
phones, MP3 players, and PDAs.
NOTE: Charging instructions, times, and results for different types
and brands of devices may vary. For example, some items should
be turned on before they will charge, or may act differently if they are
completely discharged. For instructions specific to the device you
wish to charge, refer to the operator’s manual for that product.
To charge an electronic device:
Unscrew the battery compartment cap.
Insert a charged 4V Ryobi lithium-ion battery pack into the
battery compartment in the direction shown. Make sure the
raised rib on the battery pack aligns with the groove in the
battery compartment.
Place the cap over the battery pack and push down on the
cap until the cap meets the threads on the end of the Mobile
Power.
Screw the cap securely onto the product.
If the device you wish to charge requires an adaptor, select the
adaptor and connect it to the Mobile Power.
Connect the device to the adaptor.
The device you wish to charge may require only the provided
adaptor cord. If so, connect the cord to the Mobile Power and
connect the device to the adaptor cord.
When connected to an electronic device, the green LED on top
of the Mobile Power will come on.
There will be a delay of a few seconds between the time a device
is connected to the Mobile Power and the time the green LED
comes on. When disconnecting a device, there will also be a
delay before the LED turns off.
NOTE: Some electronic devices will not be 100% charged when
the LED goes off. Please follow the recommended charge times
for your device.
Disconnect the electronic device and the adaptor from the
Mobile Power.
NOTE:
Always remove the battery pack from the unit when it is not in
use.
Remove adaptors and cords from the Mobile Power when the
unit is not in use. This will help to avoid unintentionally discharg-
ing the battery pack.
If the LED begins to blink, the 4V battery pack is low on charge
and should be recharged.
Always keep the USB port cover closed when the port is not
in use.
WARNING:
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery
pack from the product when cleaning or performing any
maintenance.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are
susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents
and may be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove
dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based
products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic
parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic
which may result in serious personal injury.
BATTERIES
This Mobile Power
will accept Ryobi 4 V lithium-ion batteries.
Length of service from each charging will depend on the device
you are charging.
BATTERY PACK REMOVAL AND
PREPARATION FOR RECYCLING
WARNING:
Upon removal, cover the battery pack’s terminals with heavy-
duty adhesive tape. Do not attempt to destroy or disassemble
battery pack or remove any of its components. Lithium-ion
batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly. Also,
never touch both terminals with metal objects and/or body
parts as short circuit may result. Keep away from children.
Failure to comply with these warnings could result in fire and/
or serious injury.

LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY AND 90 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
90-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY: During the first 90 days after date of
purchasing this product, you may either request service under this
warranty or you may exchange it by returning it with proof of purchase
and all original equipment packaged with the original product to the
dealer from which it was purchased. The replacement product will
be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the two year
period from the date of the original purchase.
LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY. This product is warranted against
all defects in workmanship or materials for a period of two years
from the date of purchase. The warranty on any accessories for this
product, excluding batteries, is limited to 90 days from the date the
accessory is purchased. To obtain warranty service, call Customer
Service at 1-800-525-2579 for warranty return instructions. The prod-
uct must be properly packaged and returned with all equipment that
was included with the original product. When you request warranty
service, you must also present proof of purchase documentation,
which includes the date of purchase (for example, a receipt or a bill
of sale). Defective products returned within the warranty period will
be repaired or replaced, at our option, free of charge, within ninety
(90) days or less. The cost of shipping the product to us is your re-
sponsibility. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal
usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defects resulting
from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or unauthorized
repairs. It applies only to the original purchaser at retail, and may not
be transferred. One World Technologies, Inc. makes no warranties,
representations or promises as to the quality or performance of this
product other than those specifically stated in this warranty. Any
implied warranties granted under state law, including warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to two
years from the date of purchase. One World Technologies, Inc. is not
responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
