The Drive Carrier Interface consists of the following indicators and buttons:

Each InfoStation drive carrier provides a User interface for individual carrier operation.

Steady glow indicates that drive is inserted
and ready for access.
Flashing indicates that drive is inserted and
in the process of being powered up.
Steady glow indicates drive failure.
Steady glow indicates drive is being accessed.
Used to put the drive in Online (insert) or
Offline (remove) mode.
NOTE: Button is located on chassis, next
to each drive bay (not on the carrier).
