Cleaning and Disinfecting the JetStream Pro Back

Cleaning and Disinfecting are two separate processes. To be effective, cleaning must

precede disinfecting.

NOTE: Institutions MUST clean, disinfect, and check product for proper functioning between

multiple patient use.

Cleaning the JetStream Pro Carbon Fiber Shell & Hardware

Using a soft cloth, hand wash the carbon fiber shell & hardware with mild soap and warm

water. Towel Dry with a soft cloth.

Cleaning the JetStream Pro Breathable Cover

Remove foam. Machine wash in warm water using a household laundry detergent

(

DO NOT BLEACH). Air Dry. Replace foam.

Cleaning the JetStream Pro Contoured Foam Pad and Lumbar Support Pad

Gently hand wash foam pad(s) with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Carefully squeeze

water out of the foam. Air Dry. No heat.

Cleaning the JetStream Pro Privacy Flap

Machine wash

SEPARATELY in cold water. DO NOT BLEACH. Air Dry.

Disinfection (All Parts EXCEPT Foam Components)

Wipe gently with a cloth dampened with a household disinfectant. Air Dry.

NOTE: Disinfectants are not effective on porous surfaces such as foam. If the foam

becomes soiled or contaminated, DO NOT use with multiple users. Replacement foam

parts may be purchased from ROHO, Inc.

Maintenance

Check screws, clamps, and brackets for wear, breakage, and tightness daily. Retighten loose

screws following the Attachment Instructions in this manual.

DO NOT continue to use the

JetStream Pro if any component cannot be tightened or is broken. ROHO, Inc. recommends

that you have your JetStream Pro Back thoroughly inspected by a qualified technician, every

6 months, or as necessary.

All returns require prior authorization from ROHO, Inc. and are subject to a restocking charge.

Before returning your product to ROHO Inc., contact our Customer Service Department

at 1-800-851-3449 toll free in the

U.S.A. for a Return Authorization Number. A Return

Authorization Form must be included with your product when returned, which can be obtained

from our website at www.therohogroup.com or by contacting Customer Service.

Disposal

When properly used and disposed, none of the components of the JetStream Pro will present

an environmental hazard. Dispose of the product and / or components in accordance with

the applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
