Directions for Use
Account Management
Click on the column labels to sort the accounts by name, class, specialty, level, average skill score or
average cognitive score.
If you will be using multiple Virtual Phlebotomy machines and would like to configure them in a
connected Local Area Network, you will need to install Laerdal Competence Management System,
version 1.8.
This will allow students to log into any Virtual Phlebotomy machine and transfer their user histories
between machines.
If you experience significantly long log-on times, we recommend installing a Laerdal Competency
Management System.
Note: Do not use the Virtual Phlebotomy account management and learner competency review func-
tionality after installing a Laerdal Competence Management System.
