No connection to License Server
Please check the items below before calling HeartCode support.
• Has the Laerdal License Server been installed
correctly?
o Is the service running?
o Are there licenses available in the
Laerdal License Server?
o If yes, have these licenses been made
available to a user either by giving
access while creating the user or by
creating a license policy?
o The Laerdal License Server must be
able to communicate on port 56246
with the HeartCode ACLS system
and HeartCode ACLS Skills Test
applications.
• Is there a Firewall blocking the Laerdal License
Server?
o The Laerdal License Server must be
able to communicate on port 56246
with the HeartCode ACLS 2009 system
and HeartCode ACLS 2009 Skills Test
applications.
