(68117). Making sure the lever side of large, red QRS pole clip is inline
with the push button of hinge poles, push the snap buttons inward to
allow cross brace pole to go over hinge poles. Snap into place for the
“in-use position.”
SEE fIGuRE 5.
NOTE: If cross brace poles are not assembled correctly, added
tension will be applied to the fabric skin.
16. Attach (2) top roof spreader poles (68035) and the adjustable length
center roof spreader pole between the assembled cross brace poles
by snapping C-clip over cross brace poles.
SEE fIGuRE 6. The shelter
should be stable enough to drape the shelter skin over the shelter sled
in the next step.
17. Unfold skin and locate the Eskimo Eskape 400 logo near the zippered
doors, which are the ends of the shelter. Drape the skin over the partially
erected frame and position it the best you can. Locate the (3) fabric
sleeves sewn to the bottom seam on both ends of shelter. Slide each
remaining cross brace pole through the (3) fabric sleeves. Insert (1) hinge
“J” pole from each hinge into the bottom cross brace poles. Making sure
the lever side of large, red QRS pole clip is inline with the snap button of
hinge poles, push the snap buttons inward to allow cross brace pole to
go over “J” poles. Snap into place for the “in-use position.”
