Place the support bars in the mounting brackets notches (Figure 4). Bars should be level with ends positioned in notches of the
same heights (Figure 5) to vary cooking time and temperature, raise or lower the support bars in the bracket notches.
3). Place Skewers on support bars:
Cuts of meat, vegetables, etc. are mounted on
the stainless steel skewers and placed on the
support bars (Figure 6).
In addition to the use of shish kabob skewers, the
EmberGlo
®
stainless steel Seafood Veggie Grate
can be placed on the support bars to provide open
hearth grilling on 1/2 of the broiler hearth area.
Use FG-2 Seafood Veggie Grate on Model 31
and FG-3 Seafood Veggie Grate on Model 41
broilers (Figure 7). Note: the FG-1 Seafood
Veggie Grate for the Model 25 will cover the entire
hearth area.
