8.9.1. Power key
To start the system the power on key has to be pushed. The power on key indicates the system start
with a blue illumination. The system can be shut down by pressing the power key again.
8.9.2. Surface Cleaning key
The
PENTA Medical i5/i7 IPC is equipped with a surface cleaning key.
This button disables the touch-screen and the front keys so that the system can be cleaned.
When the cleaning button is pushed, it blinks for 10 seconds. The illumination of the other front keys
switches of. After cleaning the button has to be pushed again while holding it for 5 seconds.
The front keys illuminate again showing that the keys and the touch-screen now can be used again.
8.9.3. Backlight dim keys (Brightness up / down)
With these keys the brightness of the display can be adjusted. The status of the dimming is shown on
the display by a bar indication.
