Dishes inflataiuminiumcontainersdefrostespecially well, since
aluminium is a good heat conductor. For freezing and subse­
quent defrosting of meat and vegetable dishes, fiat aluminium

forms should therefore be used. For defrosting of raw and deep-
frozen meat and fruit, closed, fireproof forms are especially well-

suited.

As theahelf height, basically the 2nd level from above should be

used. For holding of forms and aluminium containers, the grid or

drip-pan can be used.
