12dB Electronic Crossovers
is designed to fill the needs
of modern high-power sound
systems. Crossover points
land response are continu
ously adjustable and individual output
stages with wide range gain controls
will drive long cable runs and accu
rately match any power amplifiers.
All of our 12dB Electronic Cross
overs use state-variable filter circuits
to perform the frequency divisions.
These filters provide simultaneous
low-pass and high-pass outputs. All
models include inverters on alternate
outputs to keep everything in phase.
A Variable Filter Response control
is included for adjustment of frequen
cy response in the crossover region,
allowing flat summing. The output
stages have a wide range feedback
level control circuit to maintain an
optimum signal-to-noise ratio at any
setting. A special electronic power
monitor for the output stages pre
vents turn-on transients without the
use of relays.
Both inputs and outputs can be
used as balanced or unbalanced and
a peak overload circuit monitors all
critical points in the circuit to insure
low-distortion operation.
The logical layout of the control
panels provides an intuitive, "easy-
operation" feel, and LED’s display
peak information. Our entire line of
electronic crossovers, like all Ashly
products, now features our exclusive
five-year worry-free warranty.
