I. Connect the mains cable to a power socket or to a uiniiipolur .switch with a contact ga() of at least 3 mm. The mains cable (type I105VV 3 xO.73 mm X2 mb)

is oofineeted to tenninals marked with the letters L (power line land N' (neutral) mounted on the hood and is secured in position by a cable gland. The ntains cable must
be connected to a suitable and easily accessible fixed power poiin. As the electrical installation must coinply with the laws and regulations in foree only a qualified
and authorised elecUtcian must install the hood including connecting it to a omnipolar switch witli a contact gap of at least 3 mm. Connect the mains cable if provided
with a plug to a power socket. Tlic user must have access to the power socket to be able to connect and disconnect the plug once the hood is mounted and fixed or the

mains cable can he plugged into a socket with a omnipolar switch with a contact gap of at least 3 mm The manufacnirer shall decline all responsibility if the

governing health and safety laws arc not observed which permit a safe and eorreet use of the htHxl and electrical connections.

Before .servicing or repairing tlie hood make sure the appliance Is disconnected from the mains supply eidier by removing the plug or switching the power socket to
OFF.
Cleaning: clean the outer pan of the hood with a soft cloth and liquid deiergenl and do not u.se abra.sive cleaning products or scouring pads.

Follow tlie cleaning instructions given by the manufacturer and in panicular take care that there are no grease deposits on the surface of ihe howl which could

CONTROL PANEL

Operation of llie hood can he controlled by means of a coinbined switch.

Digital display - infornui about the selected speed of hood operation andfor aciualion of the switch-off timer (TIMER).

Timer funrliiin: kitchen extractor hcMxl is equippetl with the option of programming automaiic swiich-off of the hinsl fan in lt)-minute intenuls, up to
maximum delay of 90 minutes. ‘"Timer" is actuated by pre.vsing „T" bullón during operation of Ihe hood with the required fan speed. The display will fla.vh and a

dot will appear indicating that llie device is in the .switch-off time programiiiiiig mixle. Then you run program the lime of uulomalie switch-off of the hood
motor using + button, keeping in mind that the figure .shown on the display multiplied by lO-iiiiaute time interval indicates die motor svvitch-oif delay (e.g.:

1=10 minutes. 2=20 minutes, 3=30 minutes ele.).

After setting the delay it has to be conllnued by pres.sing T button again. The display will stop flashing and will show the previously set speed, and the pulsating
dot will indicate that the time to switching off of Ihe hood motor is being counted.
TIMER function can he cancelled by pressing T button again during cotinring of the time.

NOTE: The program always memorizes Ihe last drhiy setting.
TIMER funelion has l«i be arluated within 20 seconds, otherwise the hood « ill return automatically to normal operation.
The mlcraprocessMir sy.stem may get deleted or cra.sh during momentary voltage drops in Ihe network, and slop responding to commands from the
kcylHiard. In such case tlic hiiiiil has to he disennneeted from and then cimnvctcd again to the power network in order In reset the system.
