Allow the top oven to preheat for 10

Set the knob as required or as
recommended in the chart

To switch off turn the knob clockwise to
the • off position.
Using as
an oven

Open the door.

Position the shelf in a suitable position.

Press and turn the control anti-clockwise to
gas mark 7.
4 While keeping it depressed, press the ignition
button to light the burner.

Keep the control depressed for 1 5 seconds
after the burner has lit to over-ride the safety
device.
Rotation of the tray may be
required to obtain even cooking.

Because there are different ways of recording
oven temperatures no direct conversion can
be given from Gas Mark to temperature
measured in the oven. The following chart
shows the relationship between Gas
Mark and the commonly used temperatures.

Levelling
The appliance should be located on a level
surface. The two front feet can be adjusted as
required. To ensure that your appliance is
standing level adjust the two front feet by
turning clockwise or anticlockwise until the
product is in firm contact with the floor.
Stability

The cooker must be secured by the security
chain to the wall or partition behind the cooker.
