16- Plug the end of the wire lead coming from the
starter on the engine into the plug on the end of
-------the wire harness.. See figure 10.

17- Secure all control cables to the left side of the han­
dle as follows.
A. Insert plastic cable anchors (G) into holes pro­
vided on the inside of the lower handle, one
near the top and one near the bottom of lower
------------- handle. See figure 11 A.
Slip cable ties (F) through cable anchors so the
teeth
in the cable tie will be against the handle
(smooth side is away from the handle). See
figure 11B.
C. Secure the cables with the cable ties. See
figure l i e .
D. Cut off excess ends of cable ties.
18. Attach hub caps (optional) to the wheels by lining
up cap with hub of wheel. Push to snap in place.
Make certain all nuts and bolts are tightened 19.

1. Place bag over frame (black plastic side is the bot­
tom of bag). Handle on frame goes to the top of
------- bag. Hooks go toward the front. See figure 12.
2. Secure bag to frame by slipping plastic channels
on bag over frame. See figure 12.
