tached under the separator blade Line 1, Fig. 65.
(3) Place the facing material over the upper blue
blade Line 4, Fig. 65.

(4) If the facing is to be on the right side of the gar
ment, place the wrong sides of the garment
and ruffle together.
(5) If the facing is to be on the wrong side, place the
right sides of the garment and ruffle together.
