Reverse Sewing
To secure the beginning and the end of a seam, press down
the reverse sewing iever (A). Sew a few reverse stitches.
Reiease the iever and the machine wiil sew forward again. (1)
□ Removing the Work
Turn the handwheei toward you (counterciockwise) to bring
the thread take up iever to its highest position, and continue
turning untii the needie just siightiy begins to descend. Raise
the presser foot and remove work behind the needie and
presser foot. (2)
□ Cutting the Thread
Puii the threads under and behind the presser foot. Guide
the threads to the side of the face piate and into thread cutter
(B). Puli threads down to cut. (3)
