Adjustment of the set vacuum during vacuum control:
Fine tuning:
The set vacuum can be fine-adjusted by turning the selection knob while
process is running.

Turn the selection knob.

A full turn causes a change of the set vacuum of 1.2 decades.
+
Turning the knob one detent causes a change of the set vacuum of
1/10 decade.
Serial Interface:
Command IN_PV: The vacuum value is given as X.XXE±X.
Command OUT_SP or IN_SP: The vacuum value is given as XE±X.
