30. First remove the side burner grate and brass cap from
the side burner tray. Then remove the two screws
securing the bezel and side burner valve in position
on the right side shelf. Finally, remove the side burner
valve. (See Fig. 30)
31. Carefully insert the NG side burner valve into the
cast side burner. You will need to angle the tube into
the burner assembly. Make certain that the elbow is
pointing down when the valve is put in place. Then
push the valve stem out through the opening in the front
of the side burner shelf assembly, lining up the holes on
the valve assembly with the holes on the side burner
shelf. (See Fig. 31)
Note: There are two NG side burner valves in the kit, please
use the right one on your grill.
32. Place bezel into place, with the "OFF" position pointing
up, making sure to line up holes. Attach bezel & valve to
side burner shelf with screws removed in step 30. (See
Fig. 32)
33. Attach the right side burner shelf by inserting the four
(4) screws on the side of the grill head into the holes on
the right shelf. Place the side burner brass cap and side
burner grate back in position. (See Fig. 33)

34. Tighten the screws with wrench. Install the self-tapping
screw removed in step 5 into the bottom front slotted
hole of the shelf. This will permanently lock the shelf in
place. (See Fig. 34)
