11. Take off the front control panel, use a screw driver to
remove the eight (8) screws securing the bezels and
the manifold in position. (See Fig. 11)
10. Disconnect the two (2) light wires from the light switch.

12. Replace the manifold with the one provided in the NG
conversion kit. Use the eight screws removed in step 8
to attach the bezels and manifold onto the front control
panel. (See Fig. 12)
NOTE:
Make sure to replace the bezel facing up in the
"OFF" position as it was originally. The igniter
wires are pre-assembled, be careful and DO NOT
remove the igniter wires from the valves on the NG
manifold.
13. Feed the two igniter wires from the manifold and the
other three main burner igniter wires though the hole on
the right side of the control panel to the outside. (See
Fig. 13)
14. Attach the front control panel onto the grill head
assembly by inserting the extended tube of the manifold
into the large slotted hole on the grill head bottom. (See
Fig. 14)
