Symptom
Solution
Keyboard hotkeys are
inoperable when the KVM
Extender connects with the
KVM Switch
•Apply compatibility mode hotkey commands.
•Verify if the Extender has enough power.
Computer units are
inoperable
•Verify if the units have enough power. If the power
is insufficient for the needs, purchase a power
adapter from your local dealers.
Problems continue to occur
after checking the solutions
above
•Remove and reinstall each device, checking the
connectors and sockets for bent pins or other damage.
