Install (#12-B & #13-B) Wheels.
Step 9. [Use (#15) Screw B for this step] Attach the (#5)
Base Panel to the rest of the unit. Step 8. Fasten the 3 slides back onto the (#2) Right Side Panel
that you removed in step 6.
Step 11. [Use (#42) Screw G for this step] Attach (#57)
Bumpers to the bottom four corners of Work Bench. Then,
rotate/stand the Work Bench upright.
Step 12. [Use (#41) Screw F for this step]
Attach (#9) Handle Bars on both the (#1 & #2)
Left and Right Side Panels.

Use (#17) Screw D for this step] Attach (#12-B &
#13-B) Wheels. Make sure that the (#13-B) Fixed
Wheels w/o Brakes are on the same end (right or
left side) of the Work Bench. Also, there is some
tolerance in the holes of the wheel frame, so
make sure that the two wheels w/o brakes are
parallel both to each other and with the frame of
the unit.
