If Assembling Two Separate Units:
Attach Foot Pads (E) to Bases (A). Place
bases on a secure surface. Set Frames
(B) on bases. Push Caps (F) into the top
of the frame. Hook Letter Trays (D) on
the frame.

Attach Feet (G) to the File Holder (C).
