RED® is providing the following installation instructions to our customers for installing a DSMC Canon
Mount or changing your DSMC camera from the DSMC Ti PL Mount.
The DSMC Canon Mount Installation Instructions are shown on a RED EPIC-M camera body. The proce-
dure is the same on RED EPIC-X and Scarlet-X camera bodies.
Please understand that any damage that occurs to your camera or mount while installing your DSMC
Canon Mount IS NOT covered under RED warranty.
If you want RED to perform the installation of the DSMC Canon Mount for you, RED will do so free of
charge. Please contact your Bomb Squad rep for complete details.
DSMC CANON MOUNT COMPONENTS
The DSMC Canon Mount comes with the following:
• DSMC Canon Mount
• DSMC Canon Mount Body Cap
• T-20 Torx® Driver
• 4 – M4x0.7 Button Screws
TOOLS REQUIRED
The following is a list of items required to replace the DSMC Ti PL mount with a DSMC Canon Mount:
