Press the CD TAPE TUNER button repeatedly until the CD
mode is displayed.

Press 0PEN»CL0SE to open the CD player compartment

Insert the CO. printed side facing up and press
0P£N*CL0SE to close the CD door.

Start playback by pressing PLAY»PAUSE
HI.
5.
To interrupt playback, press PLAY »PAUSE

Press STOP ■ to stop CD playback.

To switch off the set press the POWER button.

Selecting a different track
- On the set, press SEARCH or»w once or repeatedly until
the required track number appears in the display.
Alternatively, on the remote control press w or w once or
more to skip tracks.
- If you have selected a track number shortly after loading a CD or in
the PAUSE position, you will need to press PLAY»PAUSE

to
start playback.
Searching for a passage within a track
1.
With your finger on the control, press SEARCH or
^ The CD is played at high speed and low volume.

When you recognize the passage you want, release the
SEARCH or button.
^ Normal CD playback will resume at this point.
You can select and change the different play modes before or
during playback.
— The play modes can also be combined with PROGRAM

Press SHUFFLE/REPEAT until the desired function appears on
the display.
SHUFFLE
- Tracks of the entire CO or the program are played
in random order,
SHUFFLE REPEAT ALL
- To repeat the entire CD or program
continuously in random order.
REPEAT ALL
- Repeats the entire CD.
REPEAT {SHUFFLE REPEAT)
- Plays the current (random)
track continuously.
Except for REPEAT, it is also possible to skip tracks by
holding down the SEARCH or control continuously
until you reach your desired track.
2.
To leave the REPEAT/SHUFFLE mode, press the respective
SHUFFLE or REPEAT button repeatedly until the various
REPEAT/SHUFFLE modes are no longer shown on the display.
You can also press STOP ■ to quit playback.
