4.10 NORAC
VALVE AND SENSOR CONNECTIONS
1. Connect the 6-pin tower on the valve cable
(C03) to the mating 6-pin shroud (S6A) on
C11.
2. Install the 2-pin connectors from C03 onto
the NORAC valve block ().
3. Connect the 3-pin tower on cable C15 to
the mating 3-pin shroud on cable C14.
4. Install the 2-pin connectors from C15 onto
the NORAC expansion block with the
connector labeled ROLL CW on the same
side of the block as the UP connectors from
C03.
5. The connectors on the valve cable (C03)
are marked RIGHT UP, LEFT UP,
RIGHT DOWN and LEFT DOWN.
Cables labeled with UP go on the same side
as the hydraulic hoses.

6. Connect the CAN Node cable (C02B) to P4
on the valve extension cable (C11).
7. Route the CAN Node cable (C02B) to the
roll sensor and the ultrasound sensor
installed on the linear roll cylinder. Follow
existing cables and/or hydraulic lines.
8. Connect the 4-pin AMP connectors on
C02B to the sensors.
9. Connect the sensor branch cable (C02) to
the 4-pin AMP plug on C02B.
10. Route the sensor branch cable (C02) to the
wing and main sensors and connect to the
sensors. Follow existing cables and/or
hydraulic lines along the boom
11. Gather up excess cable (C11, C02) and
neatly cable-tie to the machine.
