Hydraulic Plumbing - Option 2 allows for manual
control of the Linear Roll functions through the
HC6500 joystick controls.
WARNING!
From this point in the installation the
booms will be inoperative until the
electronics are fully installed.
After the valves are mounted on the sprayer,
the hydraulic hoses and fittings can be installed
(plumbed). Refer to Figure 4.
1. Connect hoses from the pressure (P1) and
tank (T1) ports on the HARDI block to the
P and T ports on the NORAC block.
2. Connect the “B” line hoses to TL1 and TR1
port fittings at the HARDI block. Connect
the other end of the hoses to the NORAC
block.
3. The “A” ports on the NORAC block are
plugged.
4. Install tee fittings into the “A” and “B” ports
of the NORAC expansion block (3
rd
station).
5. Connect hoses to the linear roll cylinder
using two 3/8” x 1/4” BSPP (F02) or 6MB
6MOR (F05) fittings.
6. Connect the hose from the rod end of the
cylinder to the tee fitting installed in the “A”
port of the NORAC expansion block (3
rd
station).
7. Connect the hose from the cap end of the
cylinder to the tee fitting installed in the “B”
port of the NORAC expansion block (3
rd
station).
8. Connect a hose between the SA port on the
HARDI block and the tee fitting installed in
the “A” port of the NORAC expansion
block (3
rd
station).
9. Connect a hose between the SG port on the
HARDI block and the tee fitting installed in
the “B” port of the NORAC expansion
block (3
rd
station).
