1. Beam Oriented Parallel with Load Bar & Mats
General Description:
Mat storage system mounted to a single flange beam. Beam is directly overhead and
parallel with hoist system load bar & mats in the stored position.
a. Beam must extend past the main drive system enclosure and/or winch locations. If this is not
the case then you cannot install the Matlok on this system as designed. Contact Jaypro directly
for more information.

b. Matlok installed as shown in image below. Beam flange must be between 3 ½” and 8 ¼” in
width, and no more than ½” thick. For any other size beam contact Jaypro directly (Note: an
expansion kit may have been ordered and therefore supplied with the Matloks. If this is the
case, consult installation drawings included with that kit for further instructions).
