10 Reverse mode selector:
n - the tape stops at the end of each side.
“D - playback (+ recording for deck B) of both cassette sides,
after which the tape stops at the end of the second side.
C“D - continuous playback of both cassette sides

- during recording mute;

- during any recording or dubbing;
Starts flashing during recording pause mode;

- indicates the tape travel direction;
DUBBING
- during dubbing at normal speed;

- during high-speed dubbing;

- indicating that the tape transport counter is
counting for deck A or deck B

Peak level meters
- indicating the output or recording
level which can be adjusted with the REC BALANCE and
REC LEVEL controls.
POWER STANDBY/OFF
• Press the POWER STANDBY/OFF key

to switch on the
power. Press this key again to switch the power off.
- If you have connected the plug of the mains lead to the
MAINS OUTLETS of your amplifier, the power will automati
cally be switched off as soon as you switch off the amplifier.
AUTOMATIC TAPE SELECTION AND DETECTION
When a cassette is inserted in the cassette holder, the deck
will always automatically select the tape type: Fe, Cr or Me
(lEC I, lEC II, lEC IV) as soon as the cassette holder is closed.
When no cassette is inserted in the cassette holder, no tape
action can be started. (The presence of a cassette is detected).
