The seat plate is removable and can be accessed by a panel at the rear of the seat. Simply
remove by separating the leg straps and pulling out the back. When installing the seat plate be
sure to loop the leg straps over the back edge of the seat (covered in Velcro). The carbon seat
plate should be installed with the Velcro edge to the back and the front curve facing down.
