• No coff ee beans in the coff ee bean hopper.
After refi lling the hopper, the cycle can be
restarted.
• Insert the coff ee grounds drawer.
• Fill the water tank.

• Return the hot water / steam knob to its
proper position.

• Empty the coff ee grounds drawer.
• Empty the tray placed under the brew
group.
• Insert the Brew Group in the machine.
• Close the service door.
• Turn off the machine and clean the brew
group thoroughly as described in the
manual.
If the error persists, contact the service
