5.6.1 RS-232 and Telnet Command Set
In order to be executed, these commands must be followed by a Carriage
Return (CR) command. For some systems, a Line Feed (LF) command may also
be required. None of the following commands are case sensitive.

Note 1: Resolution settings 0-13 are RGB encoded. Resolution settings 14-21 are YUV encoded.
