Language Settings
• About CLEAR Stick – This link displays device information including the hardware and software versions and MAC

• Diagnostics – Select this link to view the device logs. You can save a copy of the current device log to your
computer desktop by selecting the “Export” button in the Diagnostics area. When troubleshooting your CLEAR
Stick it may be necessary to email the saved log file to the CLEAR Customer Support team
• Return to Factory Settings – Select this link to change all device settings to the original state
• Online Support – This link opens a new browser window and directs you to the CLEAR Customer Support website
• License – This link displays information about 3 rd party and public software licenses utilized in developing the
