MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Routine cleaning

Follow these simple procedures to clean the unit at least once a
day to ensure optimum performance and to guarantee a long ser-
vice life for the main unit.

Cleaning the screen and main unit

Use a dry, soft cloth or a clean, slightly damp cloth to wipe off the
screen and body of the main unit.

To avoid damaging the surface of the main unit, never
use an organic solvent or cleaner to wipe down the
main unit.

Cleaning the lens

Turn the main unit off. Then remove the carrier and lens unit.

Use only a soft, dry cloth to wipe off the field lens.

Use only a soft, dry cloth to wipe off the upper and lower surfaces
of the lens.
